Adding a option to show an ℹ icon on the right of a button. When we press on the icon, a tooltip pops-up with some rich text inside it (formatted text, images, etc). This would allow to enable additional information for the button choices without overcharging the bot. If this is not possible due to UX (maybe on mobile users can't type on a part of a button), you could just create a new button type. When pressing the button, it doesn't go to another step of the worflow but it opens a pop-up with rich text information that the user can close. That way we can ask the user if he needs more information, and he can just click on the button he wants to show the information without overcharging the chatbot.
