To get the context right, maybe you could rename it as Response for Idling Reply
The use case would be to ceate a human like conversation that touch point the customer perception.
It would be great for typebot to consider this features as its usually available in manychat & chatfuel
Requesting for this feature as well, could be useful to send an email notification even if certain criteria is met, like already collected enough information to follow up (such as emails)
